These terms govern your use of Mama Blueprint (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Mama Blueprint is

Mama Blueprint guides you through a conversation to help you write a personalized birth preferences document and a hospital bag checklist. It's a planning and writing tool.

Mama Blueprint is not medical advice. It does not replace your doctor, midwife, or care team. Always discuss your birth plan and any medical decisions with your own care providers.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that's true.

Accounts

You can use Mama Blueprint as a guest, or create an account to save your progress across visits. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Your content

You own what you write into Mama Blueprint. By using the Service, you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you — generating your document, saving your progress, and improving how the app works. We don't sell it or use it to train models for other customers.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Mama Blueprint to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the conversational assistant to generate content unrelated to birth preferences or hospital bag planning in a way that abuses the service.

Affiliate links

The hospital bag checklist may include links to products on Amazon. Mama Blueprint may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links, at no extra cost to you, as a participant in the Amazon Associates program. We recommend products in good faith but you're responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

Payments

If Mama Blueprint introduces paid features, the price and what's included will be shown clearly before you pay, and payment will be processed by a third-party payment provider. We'll update these terms with the specifics (including any refund policy) when paid features launch.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The birth preferences document and checklist are starting points for your own planning, not professional or medical guidance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mama Blueprint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mama Blueprint at any time. Email us at support@mama-blueprint.com to request that your account and data be deleted. We may suspend or end access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
